The Architecture of Curation

Ear piercings at Leap Then Look are more than a procedure—they are an intentional design choice. We specialize in ear curation, a process where our master piercers evaluate your unique anatomy to suggest a harmonious arrangement of jewelry. Whether you are starting with your first lobe or building a complex constellation of cartilage work, our professional approach ensures every placement serves a greater aesthetic vision.

Our Clarksville studio bridges the gap between edgy tradition and high-end professional jewelry standards. We believe that why people choose ear work matters—it is a celebration of self. By combining precision DSLR noir aesthetics in our portfolio with clinical studio cleanliness, we provide a reassuring environment where your journey into body modification is handled with the same reverence as a fine art collection.

Ear Piercing Styles

Lobes

The core of any curation. Healing is quick and options are endless for both studs and hoops.

Helix

Located on the upper rim of the ear. This versatile cartilage piercing is perfect for stacking.

Tragus

A direct, sophisticated choice on the small cartilage flap. Minimalist yet very impactful.

Conch

Pierced in the central bowl of the ear. It accommodates rings that wrap beautifully around the rim.

Rook

A unique vertical piercing through the inner cartilage ridge, adding dimension to your curation.

Daith

Located at the center-most cartilage fold. A strike-point for any curated ear arrangement.

AFTERCARE

01

STERILE SALINE CLEANSE
Clean your piercing twice a day using a sterile saline solution. We recommend NeilMed Piercing Aftercare. Spray directly onto the entry and exit holes, then gently pat dry with clean paper towels or a non-woven gauze.

02

NO-TOUCH POLICY
Bacteria from hands is the leading cause of irritation and infection. Do not touch, rotate, or play with your jewelry during the healing process. Keep hair products, chemicals, and makeup away from the area.

03

PRESSURE AVOIDANCE
Avoid sleeping on your new piercing. This can cause the piercing to shift or produce excessive swelling. We highly recommend using a travel or donut-style pillow if you are a side-sleeper.

04

SWIMMING & SOAKING
Avoid submerging your new piercing in bodies of water such as pools, hot tubs, lakes, or oceans for at least 8 weeks. These environments contain bacteria that can lead to severe infections.

If you experience excessive swelling, heat, or persistent redness, please visit us at Leap Then Look Tattoo or contact your healthcare provider immediately.
